    Workouts are grouped into fornightly blocks which means week 1&2 are the same sessions, then week 3&4 are the same and finally week 5&6 are the same. 

    This means you gain confidence in the exercises and the second week through you can add reps, weights and sets to ensure you're overloading the core to gain as much progress as possible.
